The College of Arts and Humanities (CAH) held a virtual orientation via Google Meet on August 3, 2020. This orientation was for all the new students to familiarize themselves with the program and their teachers before the opening of classes.

The orientation is essential for the CAH students as the institution has now entered the new wave of learning that is distance learning. The event highlighted important points on the conduct of classes, policies and grading system. The event also aimed for the students to adjust in the unfamiliar space of new learning.

The program started off with the introduction of the faculty of CAH that was presented by Lyka Bersaluna, the CAH Governor. Followed by the main agenda, the orientation itself was presented by the College Dean, Dr. Grace Aoanan. Aoanan discussed the online distance learning delivery, implementation of rules and regulations, online class etiquette, guidelines for sustaining distance learning and guidelines for examination.

CAH's Academic Coordinator, Dr. Danilo also gave a presentation on the use and navigation of the Google Suite applications such as the Google Classroom, Google Docs and Google Meet which were explained in great detail.

"We welcome you, and we are glad that you are here!" as Baradillo concluded the event.
